Toys for a Pound are committed to helping fight Covid-19, whilst still preserving as much normality as possible. As such, office staff who can work from home are operating remotely & our essential warehouse team are practicing social distancing & taking the utmost care with regards to hygiene & regular sanitisation to ensure that orders can be shipped quickly & safely. 


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still place an order?
Orders can still be placed as normal & we are still operational. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our "Express" delivery service at the moment and our "Standard" delivery service will be subject to some delays.

Are your delivery times accurate?
Whilst some orders may arrive within our recommended delivery guidelines, there will be delays processing, dispatching & delivering orders. We would kindly advise our customers to allow extra leeway on top of our normal delivery times.

I can't track my parcel?
You may have been assigned a Royal Mail Tracking Number, however the parcel may not have left us yet. Please do allow some extra time for the tracking information to populate within Royal Mail's Track & Trace Portal.

Are you still accepting returns?
Yes, if you would like to return any items back to us, as normal - please contact us at info@toysforapound.com
