How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process all standard orders within the next working day. Our standard service has a recommended delivery time of 2-5 working days from despatch.
All express orders (RM24/DHL) placed before 2pm are processed the same working day and has a recommended delivery time of 1-2 working days.
Please note, our warehouse is closed over the weekend, so any orders placed Friday would not be dispatched until the following week.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our delivery services include a tracking number which will become available shortly after dispatch. Please double check spam folders on your email.
My tracking information doesn't seem to be working?
Please do refer back to our recommended delivery times. Even if you have been assigned a tracking number, this will not always mean the parcel has left us. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it can take a short amount of time for the Track & Trace portal to update.
