How do I place an order?
Simply browse www.toysforapound.com at your leisure, using the "Add to Cart" button to add the desired items to your shopping basket. You can edit the "Quantity" field either on the page or whilst the item is in your shopping basket.
Can I choose which item I will receive if it's listed as "Assorted"?
Unfortunately, if a product has the description "Assorted" or "Assorted. One Supplied", we're unable to guarantee which colour/design/character/style you will receive. Our warehouse staff are instructed to sent alternatives if multiples are purchased, however this is not always possible.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Our standard service has a recommended delivery time of 2-5 working days and our expedited service has a recommended delivery time of 1-2 working days. Please note, our warehouse is closed over the weekend, so any orders placed Friday would not be dispatched until the following week.
Can I add to or change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once the order has been placed and payment has been made, we're unable to make any alterations to your order. If you drop us a message however, we will be able to cancel your order so that you can re-purchase the desired items/quantities.
My tracking information doesn't seem to be working?
Please do refer back to our recommended delivery times. Even if you have been assigned a tracking number, this will not always mean the parcel has left us. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it can take a short amount of time for the Track & Trace portal to update.
How often do you add new items to your website?
We're always trying to add new and exciting products to our website. Unfortunately, there's no set schedule where we upload new products, however most of the item they will appear in our "New In" section on our homepage. Our Facebook page is also a great resource for keeping up to date with new products!
