How do I place an order?
Simply browse www.toysforapound.com at your leisure, using the "Add to Cart" button to add the desired items to your shopping basket. You can edit the "Quantity" field either on the page or whilst the item is in your shopping basket.
Can I choose which item I will receive if it's listed as "Assorted"?
Unfortunately, if a product has the description "Assorted" or "Assorted. One Supplied", we're unable to guarantee which colour/design/character/style you will receive. Our warehouse staff are instructed to send alternatives if multiples are purchased, however this is not always possible.
Can I add to or change my order?
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted and payment has been made, we're unable to make any alterations. However, if you drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org we will be able to cancel your order so that you can re-purchase the desired items/quantities.
Can I cancel my order?
After you have placed your order, we promptly start to process it. However, if you drop us an email at email@example.com before it has been sent through to our warehouse for prep, we will be able to cancel it for you.
There is a problem with my order. Can you help?
Yes, of course. If there are any issues with an order you have received, please get in touch with us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our friendly customer service agents will be able to resolve this for you.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to process all orders within 2 working days. Our standard service has a recommended delivery time of 2-5 working days and our expedited service has a recommended delivery time of 1-2 working days. Please note, our warehouse is closed over the weekend, so any orders placed Friday would not be dispatched until the following week.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all of our delivery services include a tracking number which will become available shortly after dispatch.
My tracking information doesn't seem to be working?
Please do refer back to our recommended delivery times. Even if you have been assigned a tracking number, this will not always mean the parcel has left us. Once your parcel has been dispatched, it can take a short amount of time for the Track & Trace portal to update.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to all areas in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer International shipping at the moment.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
Our standard delivery charge of £2.99 applies to all order values regardless of number/size/weight of items. We also offer an expedited shipping service for £5.99.
Can I have my order shipped to an address different from my billing address?
Yes, you may request an alternative shipping address during checkout.
I've changed my mind. How can I return an item that I've ordered?
If you would like to return an item, please get in touch via email at email@example.com. You will be responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returning an unwanted item to us.
What do I do if the item is faulty or doesn't work?
If you would like to return a faulty item to us, please get in touch via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will assume responsibility for shipping charges incurred for returning a faulty item to us.
How often do you add new items to your website?
We're always trying to add new and exciting products to our website. Unfortunately, there's no set schedule where we upload new products, however most of the item they will appear in our "New In" section on our homepage. Our Facebook page is also a great resource for keeping up to date with new products!
